Traditional Kitchen Design
This kitchen design was part of a small apartment design. With this in mind, we decided on a design theme that could be integrated into the rest of the space rather than have it as a stand-alone design.
We used elements of a traditional kitchen style such as the shaker style cabinets and wood worktops to add warmth. As this was a small space we chose brilliant white cabinets to match the walls so that the light could be diffused throughout the space rather than using reflectant surfaces.
We matched the worktops to the floor to give a sense of depth to the floor. The tiled splashback has warm tones of beige to add depth to the walls.
